DIY Summer Drinks
While we love hosting your night out and slingin' cocktails for you, we also know sometimes a night at home is preferred!
Plus, we want you to be well prepared and educated while we're closed in Jan.
We've come up with our Top 5 Summer Cocktails that we know you can master.

Sgropino 1 Scoop Lemon Sorbet
60 ml Prosecco
10 ml Vodka
1/2 Scoop Ice
Blend together in blender, serve in Champagne Flute, garnish with twist of lemon.
Frozè Rosè
1 Scoop Lemon Sorbet
90 ml Rosè Wine (we recommend a full body one, think Barossa, Australia, instead of Provence, France)
Handful of frozen berries (strawberries, cherries or raspberries)
30 ml Vodka
1/2 Scoop of ice
Blend together in blender, serve in wine glass, garnish with fresh strawberry slice & fresh mint
(This one can be made tweaked to your liking if you want it more frozen, or more liquid. More ice = more slushy)
Mammone
15 ml Bombay Gin
45 ml Grapefruit Juice
30 ml Aperol
Tonic Water
Add all together in a tall glass filled with ice, stir.
Garnish with slice of grapefruit.
Clement
30ml Gordon's Gin
Gin Infused (soaked) Cucumber
Mint
Lime Juice
Lemonade
Soda Water
Add gin, lime juice, lemonade & soda water together in a mixing glass filled with ice, stir. Activate mint (slap it together!) - add to mixture. Line wine glass with cucumber, pour mix into glass.
Garnish with lime wedge & sprig of mint.
Aperol Spritz
90 ml Prosecco
45 ml Aperol
Splash of Soda
Fill your wine glass full of ice, and add your Prosecco and Aperol.
Finish with your splash of soda.
Garnish with a wedge of orange, and a fun straw.

We know you can do it! Have fun with the glassware, the garnish, and serve with a smile. Your friends will thank you, and you'll feel like Claudio or Joe on a busy Friday night at Cru!
